What is Crop Camp?

Crop Camp is Shandra Hatfield's vision in an effort to provide a weekend scrapbook retreat, which is close to our community and an affordable price. With the help of her friends, Alicia Day and Kathy Johnson, as well as many other supporters including her family, the first Crop Camp event was held in November 2003. Our first event was such a hit we decided to book the camp for the first weekend in November every year. We are so excited to provide such a wonderful opportunity to share our passion for scrapbooking with our friends and all the new friends we continue to make each year.

We have expanded our event into include a spring event that is now at Camp Hiawatha in Wichita, Ks. Our goal is to continue this event in the spring every year, and like our fall event you can expect a spacious cropping area, a wide variety of vendors, classes and prizes throughout the weekend.

Since beginning in 2003 our event has grown into a weekend full of not just cropping but scrapbook classes as well. Our classes are provided by experienced instructors, complete with projects that include the latest and hottest products in the market. We hope to see you at one or both of our events in the future.
