Crop Camp registration form below. We are now trying to use the same form for both spring and fall events. Please be sure to include the event (spring or fall) and the year when you are registering.

If registering for both, you will need to fill out and submit the form twice.

You may register at any time, but please note the balance due dates, as this is the only way to secure you place for each event.

Crop Camp Registration

Registration fee is $140.00 and includes the following: Lodging for Friday and Saturday night, supper on Friday and Saturday, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and crop space.

If you would like to register for this amazing scrapbook retreat, send a $50.00 deposit to the address below. You may call Shandra at 620-229-8244 or email Shandra (Shandra@cropcamp.com) if you need further information.

Your balance will be due by October 1^st for Fall, and March 1^st for Spring.

Class registration form is separate and class fees may be paid in advance or when you check in at Crop Camp.

Refund policy: Full refund only if you cancel your reservation before October 1st. After October 1st and before October 15^th for Fall and after March 1^st and before March 15^th your refund will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
