We are thrilled to announce our fundraising recipient for Spring 2010 Crop Camp is the Cowley County Humane Society. Every day thousands of stray and abandoned animals are taken to shelters all over the world. These animals are dependent on humans for their future and safekeeping. Now you can help give hope to those who need it by donating items from the list you see below. Each item donated will earn you a ticket to enter our drawings. Please help!

Spring Crop Camp $140: This year we are offering an additional night of cropping fun! Yes, you will be able to arrive at 5:00pm on Thursday night and stay and crop until Sunday at 4:00pm all for only an extra $30 fee.

Your registration fee of $140.00 includes the following: Lodging for Friday and Saturday night, supper on Friday and Saturday, continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and crop space.

If you would like to register for this amazing scrapbook retreat, send a $50.00 deposit to the address below. You may call Shandra at 620-229-8244 or email Shandra (Shandra@cropcamp.com) if you need further information. Your balance will be due by March 1st.

T-Shirt: We offer a Crop Camp T-Shirt at each event. You will be notified when we have the T-shirt design and prices on our web site. T-Shirts are ordered in advance and paid for when you check in at Crop Camp.

Class registration form is separate and class fees may be paid in advance or when you check in at Crop Camp.

Don't forget! You also have the option to Crop and Stay, or Crop and Go...that's right...pay $140 for Fri-Sun crop and spend the night, or $100 to Crop and go home at night. Be sure to make selection below.

Refund policy: Full refund only if you cancel your reservation before March 1st. After March 1st and before March 15^th, your refund will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.
